Pentewan An attractive village with narrow streets, small cottages, shops and a small sandy beach. The harbour is now silted up, but work will soon start on its renovation. It was once a busy port for the China-clay industry. In 1989 Beatos, a local Blackehner Stallion was filmed on the sands for the Lloyds Bank television advertisement. |
